Is workmole free?
•100%! Workmole is free to sign up, create postings, and hire users!
How do I sign up for workmole?
•It's simple, just click the "Register" button on the upper right hand corner. You don't have to sign up to view postings however so look around see if there is anything you like first. If you are here to post something that is your first step however.
Why can I only create one posting at a time?
•During our BETA we are only allowing users to create one posting. We also have found that most users will only offer 1 service anyway so we are testing that theory. The more user mails we get saying they need more we will change our policy to suite.
Can I advertise anything?
•Almost. You can post advertisements for almost any for hire service. The service must be in good taste and legal in the US. We also discourage posting items for sale as workmole is not designed for that type of posting.
What are some of the new features I can expect to see?
We are working hard at developing tools and features to make our users lives easier... easy to post and manage postings, easy to hire the best person for the job. Some features that you can expect to see in the near future are:
•WorkMole Payments system - Closing the circle of choosing, hiring, paying, and reviewing a user. This will allow users to accept credit card, e-checks, and other direct payments directly through WorkMole.
•Reoccurring jobs and payments - We know that certain types of jobs will be a reoccurring thing, such as a house keeper or a music lesson that is why we are going to allow reoccurring appointments, and payments scheduled whenever works for everyone involved.
•Robust scheduling calendar with alerts - Keeping your schedule in a two places can be a pain, we want users to have scheduled jobs automatically block time on their calendar, or be able to designate time when they don't want to let users even request appointments. Simple, features rich, all in one place.
